Bell collecting is one of Mya's hobbies. "I started as an occasional bell collector and then realized I was learning a lot about art, music, and history by collecting bells. As a writer, I have to spend a certain amount of time traveling to book signings and readings; collecting bells as I visited new places was a natural fit. As my collection grew, I realized my notes and photos of bells might be of interest to others.
